Reservations are subject to availability. Same-day bookings may also be available, so feel free to contact us even if your trip is coming up soon.
Your reservation is confirmed only after Misti Way confirms the service with you via WhatsApp.
A deposit may be required for long-distance transfers and multi-day journeys. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Most transfers and experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Multi-day journeys require at least 72 hours' notice.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before a multi-day journey, the deposit may be non-refundable, particularly when accommodation or other services have already been arranged.
Unless specifically stated, entrance tickets, meals, accommodation and official guide services are not included. We can help coordinate additional services when requested.
